I offer tailored therapy sessions for individuals, available for both short & long term support based on their goals. Each session is 50 minutes, providing a dedicated space to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and work-life balance. My aim is to help clients build resilience, achieve personal growth, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy tailored to adults and young people, providing a compassionate and confidential space to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship issues, I aim to support your journey toward improved well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

Short & Long Term Plans
I provide short & long term therapy plans designed to suit your individual needs and goals. Short-term therapy typically lasts 6–8 weeks and is focused on addressing specific challenges or achieving targeted outcomes.
Long-term therapy offers a more continuous and in-depth approach. It provides ongoing support to address complex or deeply rooted concerns and to explore patterns over time.

Confidentially Accessible
My therapy services are designed to provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
I understand the importance of privacy and flexibility, which is why I offer sessions that can be conducted over the phone or online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home or at any location that works best for you.

How can I tell if a therapist is a good fit for me?
A good relationship, including the one with your therapist, makes you feel safe, understood, and respected. When we work together, I encourage transparency. This is so I can get a good understanding of you as an individual, and enhance our work together so you can achieve your goals.
Can you tell me more about the free consultation call?
I offer an initial free 15 minute telephone call for you to tell me about your situation and ask me questions you may have. It also gives you a sense of my personality and what it’s like talking to me.
By the end of the call, you should have a good idea of whether you want to work with me. The call also gives me information on how I can best meet your needs when it comes to the therapy sessions.
How do I schedule appointments?
Once we have completed our consultation call, we will discuss the times and days that work best for you. This will also depend on if these are short or long term sessions.
How much does a session cost?
Each session costs £50. Payments are to be paid through direct bank transfer 24 hours before the session begins. I also offer concession rates if you are a trainee counsellor.
What if I cannot attend a session?
If you cannnot attend a session, please email me at least 48 hours beforehand so we can reschedule.
